Training tailored specifically for you.

About Ashtin
Ashtin studied Exercise Science at the University of South Carolina, where he worked as an assistant strength and conditioning intern under Dan Austin, training NCAA Division I athletes across track and field, competitive cheer, and equestrian — sports with almost nothing in common except that each demanded speed, power, and a body that could hold up to the training load.
He also worked on undergraduate research validating an endurance index, and in an exercise oncology lab under Dr. Ciaran Fairman, programming exercise for people managing serious illness, not just athletes chasing a PR.
Today he's the Strength & Conditioning Coordinator and Northern Region Coach for Israel Lacrosse. He also competes internationally himself as a member of Team Israel's box lacrosse program, and programs for national team athletes at that level. He's an NSCA-Certified Personal Trainer (NSCA-CPT).
Whether you're a first-year athlete building your first program or a competitor with a target on your back, he meets you where you are.
Playing for Israel
Ashtin has represented Israel on the field himself — a member of the Israel box lacrosse national team, and of several other Israel Lacrosse national teams over the years. That firsthand experience training and competing internationally, not just coaching it, shapes the way he builds every program.
Your Program
Every program I write is built from scratch for one athlete: you. It's shaped around your goal, your sport, your schedule and your training history.
It starts with a conversation about where you are now and where you want to go. From there I build your program, and we settle the details, pricing included, directly.

Send a few details about where you're training now and what you're working toward. I read every message myself and follow up personally to set up a short diagnostic call — that's where we figure out what you actually need before anything's decided.
Training available online, worldwide — no in-person sessions for now. This form is the fastest way to reach me; there's no instant booking, and no plan gets decided before that first call.
Got it — thank you.
